Infotainment is
information-based media content or programming that also includes entertainment
content in an effort to enhance popularity with audiences and consumers.
Infotainment often seen in the television, but actually infotainment could be
seen in newspaper, magazines, social media, etc. The topic of news media today
being more commonly considered “infotainment” has increased with the growing
popularity and use of social media applications.
Infotainment is originally
created for the purpose of spreading important news, such as obituary of actors’s
family, or the marriage of actors, etc. However, now the purpose of
infotainment has changed. Infotainment now often spread disgrace of someone and
sometimes infotainment often "spice up" the story. Finally, people
judge he/she is a bad actor.
However, infotainment still
gave us the good thing like information. But there’s still a bad side in
infotainment like a fake information and people just accept the information
without thinking whether it's true or not.

could be right or wrong depends on how we deal with the news. If we respond it
positive, the statement is wrong because however infotaiment still give us a
